SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Cost
All items are shipped directly from Asia via air freight. We offer free shipping to the following countries (real time exchange rate applied at checkout). If you reside outside of the above countries and would like to place an order, please chat with our support team for availability.

Processing Time
In general, please allow 7 - 18 business days for your items to arrive. Due to the evolving COVID situation, shipments may be slower than usual due to the decreasing amount of air freights; shipments during holiday season and shopping events may be slower due to high demand.
Orders take 3-5 business days to process. We do not accept rush orders. Depending on the capacity of our manufacturers and the popularity of the items, some products may take longer. Due to the nature of Asian fashion market, some delays are inevitable and may delay your order up to 10 business days. Please kindly understand that MDC does NOT offer cancellation due to these delays. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible. Please keep this in mind and order in advance to ensure your items can arrive by the time you need them.
For orders with multiple items, we may ship out in separate packages depending on which warehouse/manufacturer the items are located at. We will follow up with you via email and provide a list of tracking numbers for all the packages involved.
Shipment Tracking
We provide tracking numbers once the package is cleared from the custom and gets picked up by local couriers. Please note in many cases tracking numbers are not provided to us immediately by the courier services and may take a few days from us shipping out the package to receiving the tracking number. We thrive to update your order status as soon as possible and we kindly ask for your patience.
We noticed in some occasions shipment activities are not updated promptly by the tracking website of the courier services. In situations like this, please don't panic and reach out to us should you have any concerns. It is very unlikely that your package is lost.
Our Australia packages are delivered via AU Post or 4PX. For 4PX packages, you will receive a text message before the delivery that allows you to choose whether to leave at a safe place or pick up at a location. Please be on the look out for the text message as failure to respond may result in a failed delivery attempt. Each package has 2 delivery attempts, delivery requests afterwards may result in additional charges.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Due to the international nature of our business, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. Please take a moment to read our sizing guide before placing the order. When in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via online chat or email. We are here to help!
We carefully examine every piece of the item before shipping it out. If an item arrives defected, however, please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory solution.
